DMCA Notice for Yacine TV

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice should include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, the judicial district in which Yacine TV is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Yacine TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices regarding a user’s activities, we will take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCA.
